The strangest thing is happening to me.

Even though I’m still very sore and limited in my movements, I have the desire and the energy to be active. I went for a walk around the block just now, something that would’ve been an immense effort not even a week ago.

I’m probably going to go for another walk after dinner.

…. I didn’t expect to be this energized so quickly.
